Studio Recreation

For this project my aim was to recreate the recording and production of the song Rio by Duran Duran as faithfully as possible, using the instruments and studio tools available to me.

Prior to recording this, I researched how the original engineer and band created the track, examining the instruments, equipment and studio techniques applied. This was done by reading and watching interviews with the connected parties.

These methods were then emulated as best as was possible to create the track.
